My Drunk Grandma is Flying to Singapore” is the latest brainchild from the S.I.D.R. Group, celebrating inner freedom and breaking boundaries. This new Asian bar takes over the spot formerly known as Merlion Dine&Cocktails. They’ve nailed the izakaya format in its truest form—democratic, open, and ultra-comfortable for everyone.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern Asian street food vibe with a “come, drink, nibble” scenario. It’s quick and aesthetic, with the bar serving up 15 signature shots by the brand’s own Andre Kornilov, alongside 21 varieties of dim sum—light bites of thin dough and delicious fillings.

The shots here are all about bold Asian flavors and a dash of craziness. Whether it’s the “Lady Boy” with strawberry syrup or the “White Gold” with coconut condensed milk on rum, or the “Crazy Singapore” with blackcurrant and violet, or grandma’s favorite “Stan Lee” with kiwi and basil on gin, each promises a unique taste adventure.

The bar spans two floors, with the ground level decked out in concrete, glass, and mirrors, complemented by stylish carved furniture under a futuristic floating glass pagoda—perfect for starting the evening. The basement is a treasure trove of ochre, natural stone, authentic carved furniture, and vintage Chinese chairs. The warm terracotta and gold interior makes it easy to lose track of time and even the season as you descend.
